Flaunt It While You Can!

The Artist Archives Member’s Show is on until May 3rd and I have one of my newest paintings being exhibited.

My next solo show will be a mini retrospective at The Artist Archives of the Western Reserve in Cleveland, from May 16 to June 24, 2024. I’m calling it FLAUNT.

Courtesan, 16×20″

April 3-5th My digital motion artwork is represented by WaveSpace. We’ll be taking more fun art loops to NFTNYC for Nolcha! That will be on the 3rd, and I’m hoping to do something live while there, to be analog at a digital event. I will also have work at Arlene’s Grocery on April 5th, 7 to 11pm for a little concert and party. For RSVPs to the Nolcha event please email: info (at) wavespacestudio.com

Aside from these art things, I spent another stint in the hospital. I hadn’t even unpacked from my trip to San Juan and it was clear I needed to be put on oxygen. Those tubes smell awful by the way!

One gallon of fluid drained from outside my right lung, and 3 liters of fluid from my abdomen — which is filling back up quickly. It is lymph node fluid that has no way of escaping. And so either it will be another catheter or I just go to get drained periodically.

My tumors have grown, some doubled in size. I will be part of a clinical trial that is a pill. If that doesn’t work, then we don’t know what to do, other than to possibly do more radiation to shrink everything to make me comfortable and buy time. The problem is that the radiation could hurt me a lot more than it helps.

If you saw what my body looks like right now, it is sad.

I was interviewed back in the fall by The Guardian. All of us interviewed seem to be on the same page.
