Wow, I did a lot of artwork this year, and only 4 of them were oil paintings.
Things changed when I decided to go against everything I usually do when it comes to being a luddite, and I got myself on the Procreate wagon. Digital? Why yes. Because things have improved so much that it feels like painting in both the effort and ease of it all. I’m still learning because I have been at it 10 months, but once a painter always a painter I suppose. I’m holding myself back from getting crazy in 3D, I want to master 2D a little bit more before I move on.
This is the first time in a decade I have gone back to creating portraits that weren’t strictly on a commission basis, because I missed it and wanted to.
This was also the first time in 20 years or more I created animated work.
I created a virtual gallery (several actually) and have taken some friends who already dig the metaverse around as a tour. You can visit my main art gallery here both on a headset and on your phone or desktop. It beats paying rent on a space in the real world.

Anyway, here’s a selection of work I did. And yes, a lot of them are art prints and more. Some are animated NFTs.
