Here are some of my arty farty events going on here in Cleveland; including my first time giving a public talk about my portraits. Eeep!
February 4th, 7:30pm: PechaKucha Night Cleveland, Volume 11 in the Cambridge Room at the House of Blues. I’ll be doing a short presentation about my “Private Empire” portrait series — hope I don’t faint. No serious, I actually have a medical condition where I tend to faint! I’ll also try not to swear too much, but no promises. Presentations start at 8:20 sharp, but get there early, as seats tend to fill up fast! You can also RSVP to the Facebook Invite.
Friday, Feb 18th from 6pm-11pm: “It’s All About the Heart” benefit and exhibition for the Helping Hearts Fund @ Wall Eye Gallery, Cleveland, Ohio. I’ll have a few framed drawings in this show. Come say hi!
Sunday, March 27th from 3-5 pm: “From WOMAN IV”@ Lakeland Community College Art Gallery, Kirtland, Ohio.
I’ll have some large narrative paintings in this show. Exhibit runs March 6 – April 2, 2011
